Large energy company with a world-wide presence is seeking a 10+ year attorney with upstream legal experience to serve as Senior Counsel. The position will provide legal advice on oil and gas issues, air and water regulations, and environmental codes; represent the Company in various negotiations; draft and review complex contracts and ensure compliance with state and local regulations; and work with a team of lawyers in managing third party disputes.
