The Senior Counsel, Energy Projects will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to all aspects of these large-scale projects, from drafting and negotiation of contracts, through execution and resolution of disputes. Our portfolio will include projects in the Thermal, Gasification, Renewables, and Nuclear businesses. The ideal candidate must have strong transactional lawyering skills, expertise in project finance, management and execution, and the ability to assess and advise on risks throughout the project cycle.
