Represent the company on state regulatory matters in Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho including rate cases, tariff filings, complaint proceedings, rule makings, and other regulatory applications and filings including working with outside counsel on same. Develop legal assessments, interpretations, recommendations, and opinions on regulatory issues.
