As our Senior Counsel, you will be in a lead role, interacting with all lines of business and operational clients. This is regulatory work in a business corporate environment with no litigation involved. We will look to you to provide legal counsel, coordinate and manage other legal activities relating to a variety of business, corporate, operations or risk management functions/issues as assigned. You will utilize business acumen and legal skills to assist our Operations area with their legal needs.
