The Senior Counsel will be responsible for spearheading legal support provided in connection with the company's merger and acquisition activities including negotiation, drafting, due diligence, general overall project management, and management of outside counsel. It is anticipated that the Senior Counsel will spend approximately 50% of time on M&A matters.
