This is a generalist position with a focus on business law in support of the company's consulting and medical communications services business unit. The Corporate Counsel will work on a variety of legal matters, including negotiating, drafting and reviewing documents in connection with drug development, regulatory affairs and bio/pharmaceutical process and management consulting services, as well as market and product development and targeted communications services to support product launch.
