Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable DEA, EPA, OSHA, and other applicable laws and regulations. Manages all audits conducted by federal, state and local agencies. Designs and implements a plan to work with outside counsel and staff at international sites to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations relating to occupational safety and health, environmental laws, etc. May be expected to visit international sites on periodic basis
