Senior Investment Management Attorney with 40 Act, Advisors Act, and unregistered product experience handling a variety of Asset Management legal issues. Will be responsible for investment advisory, distribution and marketing, and product development of registered and unregistered products and separately managed accounts. Incumbent should also be familiar with broker-dealer regulation, alternative investments and private funds.
