You will pro-actively manage and assist on a day to day basis business and management with the drafting and/or review of a wide variety of commercial contracts (purchase and sale agreements, tolling agreements, confidentiality agreements, intercompany agreements, lease agreements, construction agreements etc.). You will assist with merger, acquisition and divestiture projects as well as restructuring, financing and other strategic projects involving the company within the Europe, Africa region.
