The Licensing Attorney will be responsible for a broad range of patent related work. This includes responsibility for handling and managing patent assertions, handling and managing patent licensing matters and supporting patent litigation. The Licensing Attorney will participate in and be responsible for all aspects of licensing including evaluation of patents for licensing in, the development of the company's patent portfolio for licensing out, and licensing negotiations.
