Candidates should have superior academic credentials and since graduation a continuous and stable law firm employment history with exposure to complex work. Some portable book of business preferred but not required. Candidates who are graduates of a top 20-25 law school preferred, graduation with academic honors required from all other law schools. Florida Bar admission is a requirement.
