In this role, you assume responsibility for contributing structuring expertise to the development and management of Investment Solutions' discretionary and non-discretionary offerings as well as investment vehicles and transactions for the Real Estate, Hedge Funds and Private Equity business. Your responsibilities span the life cycle of the respective products and encompass managing the design and implementation of significant cross-border structures, often with an offshore component.
