Provides high level legal advice, guidance and counsel on complex real estate matters as an In-House Solicitor with Properties Legal Department. Manages files and external counsel representing property interests and drafts/ negotiates agreements to settle or resolve contentious properties issues of major or corporate wide importance to the organization.
