The Sr. Associate General Counsel, Employment Law, provides legal support and counsel on company-wide labor, human resource and employment related matters. The Senior Associate General Counsel Employment Law leads the Employment Law Team and will work closely with Human Resources, senior executives and operations management to provide strategic and day-to-day advice, counsel, and direction with respect to labor and employment laws, regulations, policies, procedures and employee discipline that impact the operations.
