As the Sr. Corporate Counsel - HR Legal, you will work closely with internal clients on all aspects of employment issues to support their legal needs. You will directly handle employment arbitrations, including investigation of claims, discovery, briefing, and arbitration hearings, respond to state and federal agencies, subpoenas, and attorney demand letters, and provide daily counsel to human resources managers, and various client groups on employment issues such as leaves, terminations, reasonable accommodations, wage and hour issues, reorganizations, and policies and procedures.
