Provide legal advice and representation to US businesses and global organization regarding general litigation matters, particularly product liability litigation. The position therefore requires broad knowledge of the law and the ability to apply that knowledge to achieve client's goals. The incumbent is responsible for managing pharmaceutical litigation, including product liability litigation, either alone or as part of a team, and personally managing/coordinating internal and external resources to achieve cost effective and successful outcomes.
