AAR CORP.s Law Department provides senior management counsel on corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives, manages the legal risks of the Company, and is responsible for Company compliance with applicable laws and regulations. As a member of the Law Department, the Senior Counsel will provide advice and counsel on a broad range of legal and strategic issues critical to the organization's goals.
