Working with the senior management of the Company's Japanese subsidiary, this position will be responsible for drafting and negotiating technology and intellectual property license agreements with consumer electronic manufacturers, service providers and other companies. This position will also be responsible for assisting in the management and development the Company's Japanese patent portfolio, working with employees in Japan and the US, along with outside patent counsel.
