This position involves managing IP litigation, counseling internal clients, and handling pre-litigation and non-litigation conflicts. You will work closely with other attorneys and members of the legal department, business owners, and other employees at the company. Except in rare circumstances, this position will not include litigating from within the company, being counsel of record, taking testimony, or appearing in court.
