This position provides policy and legal advice and service on complex legal issues; examines facts and law to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits; represents company in regulatory proceedings, government investigations, and legal transactions; manages to budget; ensures compliance with company Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and litigation hold process; ensures reporting of potentially material legal issues to audit function and senior management.
