Protect company's technical and marketing developments in assigned businesses by advising on, then obtaining and maintaining desired patent, trademark, trade secret and other IP rights therein.In consultation with assigned businesses, enforce B&D IP rights against third party infringers including formulating legal strategies, evaluating settlement options, supervising outside litigation counsel, managing litigation and negotiating settlements.Provide IP education to technical and marketing staff of assigned businesses on an as-needed, periodic basis.
