Primary responsibilities include the review and provision of advice to the company on a wide variety of healthcare regulatory matters, including federal, state and local laws and regulations, relating to pharmacy practice, Medicare and Medicaid issues, clinical health practice, and DEA and FDA matters, and representing or working with outside counsel on the representation of the company on such matters before federal, state and local agencies.
