The Sr. IP Counsel is responsible for setting and driving the global Intellectual Property strategy throughout the IITS (Integrated IT Solutions) business. Reporting to the Sr. Counsel, IP, the candidate is responsible for all aspects of IP from idea generation through patent filing, prosecution, maintenance & licensing and enforcement, working as part of the Global IP management team. IITS is a growing business in an IP intensive space, so the candidate will provide advice and counsel to business leaders on a broad range of IP issues.
