The Sr. Legal Counsel will have active participation as a key member of the enterprise legal team in the assessment, resolution and execution in first chair capacity of a broad range of ordinary course, as well as sophisticated and complex, general business matters and commercial transactions, including: channel and product development alliances, strategic relationships, mergers and acquisitions, and national account level customer agreements.
