Actively participate in the sales area, structuring and drafting standard and non-standard contracts of major impact for the company and its business. Analyze complex legal and business situations and develop recommendations which meet the business and legal needs of the company, ensuring that the level of risk assumed in business contract/ transactions is kept under control. Work with multiple business units, supporting and coordinating their work and day to day operations from a legal standpoint.
