In this position, you will be reporting to the director of litigation and will manage complex litigation. Responsible for every aspect of the cases assigned to you. Directly managing the litigation team, which could include inside attorneys, outside attorneys, paralegals, litigation support specialists, engineers and business managers. Developing and executing the litigation strategy, and independently managing all discovery efforts. Developing briefs, oral arguments and trial strategies, and generally providing overall guidance and direction to outside counsel.
