Responsible for managing delivery of all legal services to the indicated Business Segment or Function on Capital Markets legal issues, including: product and market development; investigations, litigation & bankruptcy supervision and management; labor relations& corporate entity structure, licensing & governance (including Regulatory & Policy Compliance); workout and recovery policy and practice . Position will recruit, train and supervise counsel and support staff.
