This position is responsible for technical oversight and direct handling of claims litigation and complex files as well as training and supervising Casualty Litigation claims staff and operations. Provide technical advice for Claims Department relative to issues of applicable law, liability, damages, and coverage. Develop litigation strategy in line with company's litigation guidelines.
