Such experience can involve operating agreements, department store documentation and big box leasing. The chosen candidate will be directly responsible for handling these types of transactions as well as rendering advice to the business group and management of the company. The properly qualified attorney will be expected to be able to handle a significant and diverse workload immediately and will be given a high degree of autonomy.
