Mid-level tax associate with a minimum of 3 years general federal income tax experience involving both corporate and partnership tax planning. Ideal candidate will have substantial experience with partnership transaction structures and private equity fund formation issues, including partnership and carried interest tax planning, and substantial experience in structuring portfolio company acquisition and disposition transactions, including those using corporate structures.
