Mid- to senior-level associate to join the Firm's International Tax Group. Most tax matters involve substantial cross-border elements. These include classic inbound and outbound investments, cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and other restructurings, and tax planning for international business operations (e.g., transfer pricing). Because of the great variety of work done by the Tax Department, associates are expected to work on ally types of client matters.
