Candidates should have experience advising clients with regard to tax planning; corporate and individual taxation; S Corporations; Limited Liability Companies; Partnerships; Employee Benefits and Qualified Retirements Plans; Tax-Exempt Organizations and Tax Litigation and Administrative Appeals. The ideal candidate should have some of his or her own clients, but be available to provide counsel to existing firm clients.
