Analyze the tax impact of various transactions, including the review of legal documents, drafting language for contracts, performing tax due diligence and participating in negotiations. Monitor financial position of the Company and suggest tax minimization strategies.Monitor tax legislation and regulations, interpret the impact of new tax legislation, and communicate relevant provisions to the business units and corporate controllers.Respond to business units' request for advice and guidance on tax matters.
