Candidates should have experience in more than one of the following areas: intellectual property licensing and transactions, including technology agreements and franchising; advertising, including marketing, sponsorship, and promotional agreements and issues (such as contests); U.S. and international trademark prosecution, clearance, and counseling; and trademark/copyright enforcement and litigation (civil and administrative).
