The New York Corporate Finance Group has multiple positions available for fourth to fifth years to represent sophisticated private equity financial sponsors and portfolio companies in 144A high yield debt offerings, IPOs and other capital markets transactions as well as leveraged buyout-related financings, including senior secured bank financings, high yield bridge financings and mezzanine financings. Must have some capital markets and/or finance experience, but not necessarily all types of transactions.
