The company is seeking an individual who is highly organized, a self-starter and disciplined thinker, planner, advisor and implementer with solid business acumen, superior judgment and management capabilities. Exceptional oral and written communications skills and proven attention to detail are also required. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably within the real estate, property management, or hospitality industries, a JD degree, and admission to the bar in at least one state in good standing, preferably Kentucky, or ability to be admitted in Kentucky on reciprocity basis.
