Seeking an attorney with at least 7-10 years of complex technology transactional experience for its headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey. This position will report directly to the senior lawyer, a Senior Vice President, for the Information Technology & Privacy practice group, and will be responsible for legal representation of the enterprise in information technology, information systems, outsourcing, data security, privacy and related intellectual property matters.
