This position is responsible for all legal, corporate governance and compliance matters for the company. The position will work directly with the Chairman of the Board as its Company Secretary. The position requires interaction with various business partners, including the company's Senior Executive Team, the Company's Board, Sales and customer-facing organizations, customers, as well as a broad spectrum of additional internal functions such as Tax, HR, Technology Development, and Finance. Oversee global corporate governance, including all Secretarial matters.
