The individual selected will be responsible for advising on all legal aspects of new Internet product development, including compliance with applicable laws and existing agreements, relationships with partners and creation of the sales and marketing tools related to such new products; counseling clients regarding Registry legal issues including compliance with our agreements with ICANN and the Department of Commerce and compliance with governing agreements in the context of contracts and relationships with registrars.
