Successful candidates will have five or more years of experience with welfare plan matters, including health, life, disability and dependent care arrangements, and also funding mechanisms, such as VEBAs, HSAs and HRAs. A strong commitment to client service and teamwork is important. Experience with service-provider representations would be helpful. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills and professional recommendations.
