Role and Responsibilities

The controller is responsible for ensuring that the financialreporting as well as the books and records are accurate and complete.

·    Responsibilities

o    Prepare Financial Statements for several companies;

o    Review, reconcile and make necessary adjustments to the Trial Balance;

o    Calculate minority interest for each controlled subsidiary, SPV and/or VIE, as applicable;

o    Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts and board materials;

o    Manage payroll and all other accounts payable;

o    Work withother teams to manage credit facilities and other derivatives;

o    Assist with the development of accounting policies and procedures;

o    Assist with the development of internal controls policies and procedures;

o    Assist with systems implementations and special projects;

o    Assist in tax planning and tax return preparation; and

o    Overall responsible for books and records of subsidiaries of 777 Partners LLC.

Required Qualifications and Education Requirements

·    CPArequired

·    Prior experience (5-8years) with:

o    Preparing financial statements and tax returns

o    Managing and reconciling intercompany AP/AR

o    Consolidation accounting and elimination entries

o    Minority interest calculations

o    VIE analysis preferred but not required

o    Managing cash, projections and treasury management in general

o    Expense monitoring and budgeting; including experience with payroll

o    Accounting systems implementation

o    Background in Automobile financing and leasing or Financial Services such as but limited to private equity, hedge fund, leasing and lending businesses.

·    Organized and detail orientated

·    Ability to communicate to both management and junior people

·    Ability to multi-task projects, day-to-day work and ad hoc requests that come up

Preferred Skills

·    Microsoft products such as excel, power point and word

·    Quickbooks and/or more sophisticated GL systems such as Microsoft Dynamic or NetSuite

·    Experience with ADP technology

·    Expensify processing

·    Other GL applications or loanportfolio management systems
