At Regions, our Operations Section Manager manages a major operations section which encompasses several large, more complex, or more risk intense operations departments. May manage employees across multiple sites.
•Develops, recommends, and implements business plans, operational procedures, and systems which support the section's long-term, strategic objectives
•Establishes goals and objectives for the division
•Evaluates and measures the section's performance against these goals and objectives
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
•Bachelors degree in a related field and seven years related banking work experience or a high school diploma or GED and twelve years related banking experience
•Of the required years experience, five years experience must be in a supervisory or management capacity
